Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating how GFL’s products and services can meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and repeat clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and support teams to streamline processes and share best practices.

Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn CRM software.
Behavioral Competencies:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high comfort level for initiating conversations and executive-level interactions.
Customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and a genuine interest in a sales career.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively within a territory.

Valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record is required for territory coverage.
