Roll Off Driver
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up open-top containers (10–40 yard)
Transport waste and recycling material to designated transfer or disposal facilities
Perform container placements in construction, commercial, and industrial environments
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation
Navigate tight sites and position containers accurately and safely
Communicate hazards, site issues, or equipment concerns to Operations
Maintain clean vehicle and work areas during container service
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and driving regulations
Provide professional customer interaction during service
Perform other duties as assigned
