Regional HR Business Partner

  • Oversee employee relations for the division, including performance management, termination, conflict resolution, and investigations; act as a coach for managers and employees. 

  • Partner with Corporate, Area, and Division Management to design and implement HR programs that support business direction and HR strategy. 

  • Advise managers and supervisors on legal situations related to discipline, termination, hiring, promotion, and other HR matters. 

  • Manage training delivery and facilitate training programs across the assigned area. 

  • Create, communicate, and interpret policies and procedures for employees and managers. 

  • Act as mediator, counselor, and facilitator in disputes between employees and managers/supervisors. 

  • Provide guidance to HR Representatives on employment issues relating to branch and division managers and employees. 

  • Provide due diligence support for mergers & acquisitions, including feedback on culture, employment, benefits, and related issues. 

Your experience and education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with a minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience in a multi-site environment. 

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, codes, and regulations with proven ability to apply them in complex employee relations cases. 

  • Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, benefits, training, and policy development. 

  • Working towards or completion of your PHR/SPHR certification 

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills — able to write, present, and advise at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence. 

  • Proven leadership of remote teams — skilled at guiding, coaching, and developing HR staff across geographically dispersed locations. 

  • High resilience under pressure — able to manage competing priorities and heavy deadlines with minimal supervision. 

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to produce reports, presentations, and analysis.
