Regional HR Business Partner
Oversee employee relations for the division, including performance management, termination, conflict resolution, and investigations; act as a coach for managers and employees.
Partner with Corporate, Area, and Division Management to design and implement HR programs that support business direction and HR strategy.
Advise managers and supervisors on legal situations related to discipline, termination, hiring, promotion, and other HR matters.
Manage training delivery and facilitate training programs across the assigned area.
Create, communicate, and interpret policies and procedures for employees and managers.
Act as mediator, counselor, and facilitator in disputes between employees and managers/supervisors.
Provide guidance to HR Representatives on employment issues relating to branch and division managers and employees.
Provide due diligence support for mergers & acquisitions, including feedback on culture, employment, benefits, and related issues.
Your experience and education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with a minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience in a multi-site environment.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, codes, and regulations with proven ability to apply them in complex employee relations cases.
Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, benefits, training, and policy development.
Working towards or completion of your PHR/SPHR certification
Exceptional communication and influence skills — able to write, present, and advise at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence.
Proven leadership of remote teams — skilled at guiding, coaching, and developing HR staff across geographically dispersed locations.
High resilience under pressure — able to manage competing priorities and heavy deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to produce reports, presentations, and analysis.
