Parts Administrator
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
The Parts Administrator will be responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and maintaining of all inventories, purchase orders, and invoices. The Parts Administrator will provide recommendations to improve and streamline the inventory process to better service customers while staying in compliance with Company policies and procedures, and with all federal/state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Instructions: Read, comprehend, and draft reports and related documentation while following all written and oral instructions precisely.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external customers to support daily operations.
Workload & Task Management: Prioritize tasks independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
Problem-Solving & Accuracy: Apply strong attention to detail to make sound decisions and solve operational challenges effectively.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with state/provincial and federal safety regulations, utilizing proper lifting techniques and safe work practices at all times.
Physical Operations: Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 50 lbs, as well as repetitive hand motion and multi-limb coordination while sitting or standing.
Continuous Improvement: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and actively contribute to process improvements and team goals

Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills; works well with internal and external partners in a fast-paced team environment.
Problem-Solving & Organization: Sharp attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Professionalism & Compliance: Integrity-driven self-starter; knowledgeable in state/provincial/federal safety regulations and proper lifting techniques.
Physical Demands
Lifting & Movement: Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable with repetitive manual tasks, bending, stooping, reaching, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Workplace Requirements: Capable of safely operating basic office equipment (step stools, filing cabinets) and consistently wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (safety boots, hard hat, hearing/eye protection, reflective vest, utility gloves).
Requirements
Education & Credentials: High School diploma or GED
valid Driver's License
Experience: 2+ years in inventory control or parts management.
