• 5:00 AM Start and work Until Finished: While your end time varies based on the route, this is a "get it done" environment. You’ll have the opportunity for consistent overtime, and once the job is complete, you’re home with your family every single night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Operations: Operate a container delivery truck and hydraulic systems to safely deliver, position, and remove solid waste containers.
• Safety Ownership: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections (Safe For Life) and maintain accurate route sheets.
• Vehicle Care: Maintain your truck like it’s your own—keeping the cab clean and reporting mechanical issues immediately.
• Customer Excellence: Represent GFL with a professional demeanor, ensuring containers are placed safely at customer sites.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Experience: At least 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to repetitively lift or move objects up to 50 lbs, and occasionally move up to 300 lbs using proper equipment.
• Vision: Strong depth perception for maneuvering in tight or high-traffic areas.
