The Role

We are looking for a talented Manager, Master Data Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our most critical asset: our data. You will work closely with IT infrastructure and business teams to drive operational efficiency across the organization. The role reports to the Director - Systems and Processes Environmental Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a robust MDM framework, defining global data taxonomies, business rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across ERP and CRM platforms.

  • Data Operations & Quality: Own the "Golden Record." Maintain master data lifecycles, lead data cleansing initiatives, and establish Data Quality KPIs to flag anomalies and drive root-cause analysis.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of MDM Analysts and Data Stewards. Champion a culture of "Data Literacy" through organizational training and engagement.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Management, Governance, or Architecture, coupled with 3+ years in a leadership or cross-functional project management capacity.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in [Field] or equivalent practical experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL, major ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Dynamics), and Data Quality tools (e.g., Talend, Trillium).

  • Soft Skills: A process-oriented mindset with the diplomacy to negotiate conflicting data ownership and the analytical rigor to ensure total accuracy.

  • Bonus Points: Experience with demonstrated expertise in at least one key domain: Customer (CDM), Product (PIM), or Vendor (VDM
