What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate IT and tech roles across North America
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive candidates
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices
- Deliver a great candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for GFL
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Workday and compliance with internal processes
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the tech talent space
What You Bring
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT/technology roles
- Proven success in either in-house or agency recruiting environments
- Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS systems (an asset)
- Proven sourcing expertise across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other niche tech communities.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple searches at once
- A proactive, curious mindset — always looking to improve the process and stay ahead of trends
