  • Carrier Status: Manage and maintain Operating Authorities in multiple jurisdictions including monthly in-depth review of carrier profiles to ensure compliance.

  • Financial Administration: Handle Capital Reclasses and manage the Fuel Card program, including issuance, monitoring, and limit adjustments.

  • Reporting & Operational Support: Deliver comprehensive Month-End reports and execute ad hoc data requests to provide insights into fleet health, compliance status, and maintenance financials. Track coaching events and driver violations, providing weekly reports to BU managers.

  • System Integrity: Assist in ensuring all ancillary fleet systems reflect real-time data to support operational planning.

  • Lawful compliance to all applicable DOT regulatory requirements.

  • CSA Scores are maintained at or below company thresholds.

Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with operations and external jurisdictional partners. Exceptional attention to detail to maintain digital fleet records.

  • Physical Demands: Primary duties are performed in a professional office setting, involving extended periods of sitting and the regular use of standard office equipment.
