As a Dispatcher, you’ll be a critical point of contact for customers—helping schedule service, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. In this role you will experience the full scope of what we do at GFL! From service to operations, you’ll be an integral part of the team!

What You’ll Do:
Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
Schedule and update services as needed
Support billing, contracts, and reporting
Coordinate with operations, sales, and shop staff
Handle account questions and resolve issues
Enter data and maintain accurate records
Assist with general office and sales support tasks
Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.
Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role.(Preferred)
Great communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace suite of programs
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in waste or environmental services is a bonus
Familiarity with Trux software is a plus
