GFL Environmental is looking for a Cube Van Driver to join our team in Cranbrook, British Columbia!
The Cube Van Driver performs a range of duties including but not limited to providing customers with high-quality service, daily truck inspections, completing daily routes, and other duties as assigned by their Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned routes safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Drive to customer locations to deliver, empty, and return bins or equipment as required
- Conduct thorough daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route progress or issues
- Ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork and driver logs
- Follow company and industry protocols for loading, unloading, and dumping at waste or recycling facilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
- Represent GFL positively in all customer interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably operating a cube van or similar vehicle
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to meet safety-sensitive requirements under company and regulatory standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Cranbrook and surrounding areas is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and maneuvering materials as needed
