🚧 Construction Account Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow a portfolio of construction and industrial accounts
Build strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and project managers
Proactively identify new business opportunities across active and upcoming job sites
Provide customized waste, recycling, and hauling solutions that meet project needs
Serve as the go-to problem solver—responding quickly and keeping projects on track
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools
Represent GFL with professionalism, grit, and a solutions-first mindset
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience in construction sales, account management, or related B2B roles
Strong understanding of construction environments and job-site dynamics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
