The Credentials: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience (or a CDL school certificate).
The Strength: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repetitively and the stamina to handle the physical demands of the road.
The Skills: Excellent spatial awareness (backing up 120+ feet in tight spaces) and the ability to recognize unacceptable waste materials.
The Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and route needs.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Enjoy the outdoors! You’ll be exposed to various weather conditions and the hum of a high-performance fleet.
