Benefits Administrator - 6 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP benefits programs.
Serve as a liaison between employees, carriers, and third-party vendors.
Provide guidance on eligibility, plan provisions, and enrollment processes.
Maintain and reconcile benefits records and billing for multiple plans.
Support new hire orientations, acquisitions, and annual enrollment activities.
Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR coursework.
Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience.
Strong understanding of welfare benefit plan documents and billing reconciliations.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
