Baler Operator
GFL Environmental is looking for a Baler Operator for Western Canada's newest Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Edmonton, AB!
The Baler Operator will safely operate and maintain machinery used in the process of baling materials while ensuring the clean appearance of the work area.

Requirements:
• Ability to work weekend and stat holidays
• Must have forklift operator training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove finished bales from baler, weigh and properly place in finished goods inventory area.
• Perform maintenance and repair on baler, shredder and conveyor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and orderly unfinished inventory area by properly stacking empty gaylords and picking up debris off the floor.
• Operate all machinery in safe and efficient manner. Ensure that all safety equipment and gear is functional and properly used.
• Record production data, such as weight, size, and type of bales produced
• Open chamber doors and remove bales
