  • Customer Retention: Serve as a trusted advisor, keeping in touch with accounts to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain organized prospective client lists and track sales leads utilizing our internal CRM database.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on local market trends, business developments, and competitor activities to strategically position GFL services.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Team Green at business meetings, trade networking events, and civic organizations to build brand visibility and community roots.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent service.
  • Experience Level: Open to candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience, as well as motivated individuals with strong backgrounds in customer service, retail sales, or client management looking to transition into a full-scale account management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for territory travel).
  • Skills: Comfort presenting solutions to clients, basic business math skills (margins, rates, percentages), and self-motivated time management skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of waste management, logistics, or industrial services is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

Nous vous remercions de l’intérêt que vous nous portez. Seuls seront contactés les candidats sélectionnés pour une entrevue.
